Winkels completes innovative Tech Campus in Berlin

As part of an Interior Design Project, we have completed a forward-thinking headquarter in Berlin’s Europacity. Across 12 floors, we created custom-designed spaces that redefine modern work. Mutabor’s sophisticated spatial concepts were precisely manufactured in our state-of-the-art production facility in Kleve—leveraging expertise from years of project management combined with optimized manufacturing techniques, industrial prefabrication, and maximum design freedom. The result is an inspiring tech campus that seamlessly blends design, functionality, and architecture with a strong brand identity.

The tight schedule posed a particular challenge: some of the interior work was carried out while the building was still only half-finished, while assembly was carried out just-in-time from the 11th floor downwards. All components were dimensioned during production to ensure they could be transported precisely via elevator to the respective floors—a prime example of efficient logistics, modular manufacturing, and precise planning. Only five months elapsed from the initial measurement to completion. The result demonstrates how interior design and state-of-the-art manufacturing come together to create high-performance spatial solutions.
